How it works

Three steps, one system

01

We talk.

A 30-minute call about your business and goals. I'll tell you honestly which package fits, sometimes all you need is a landing page.

02

I build.

Research, architecture, UI design, and a hand-coded site. The same product process I run for SaaS companies, applied to your business.

03

It grows.

You launch owning everything. The structure keeps the site ranking and quotable by the engines people ask, and an optional care plan keeps it fast, secure, and maintained.

Selected work

Sites that know who they are.

Roi Nimtzovich, ADV

Real estate law firm · Tel Aviv

A 2,500-client practice with no website at all. Roi had built something rare, a genuinely personal firm with a loyal base built entirely on trust. But online? Nothing. No story, no presence, just referrals and word of mouth.

We dug into what made his practice different. The warmth, the bilingual service, the scale: residential and commercial real estate, urban renewal. The site leads with the relationship, not the credentials.

Custom Software Studio

B2B software studio · International

A studio that builds invisible infrastructure. It needed to be seen. The studio does work that's hard to describe, custom systems that replace the spreadsheets and silent frustrations inside growing companies. Most sites for that kind of work look like conference slides.

The site was built as proof of product. That studio is now part of Velonova: custom software, the full story.

The fine print, out loud

What most builders won't promise.

Always yours

Your domain, your content, your data. If we ever part ways, everything transfers to you. No hostage websites.

Real code, no bloat

No page builders, no heavy themes. Hand-written code means speed, security, and SEO advantages templates can't match.

Results you can read

A launch report in plain language: what was built, how every page is structured for search, and what to do next. No jargon, no black box.

Questions

Answered directly, the way AI engines like it.

How much does a small business website cost?

A landing page with the full SEO setup is $750, one-time. A full website, up to 10 pages, is $3,500, one-time. Both include discovery, market and keyword research, copy written with you, and SEO plus AI-search (GEO) built into every page. For context, agencies charge $2,500 to $8,000 for a custom landing page alone, and professional multi-page builds typically run $4,000 to $15,000.

Do you pay monthly, or once?

Once. You pay for the build, and the site is yours from day one. After launch there's an optional care plan, $49/month for hosting, security, and small edits, cancel anytime. Compare that with pay-monthly website providers charging $99 to $349 every month, where stopping payment usually means losing the site. Here your domain, content, code, and data are yours either way.

Why hand-coded instead of Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress?

Hand-written code loads faster, has no plugin vulnerabilities to patch, and gives search engines a cleaner structure to read. That's a ranking advantage baked into the foundation instead of bolted on later. And to be honest the other way too: if all you need is a quick campaign page, a builder is fine, you don't need me for that.

What does "optimized for AI search" actually mean?

It means the site is built so AI engines can read and quote it: semantic hand-written code, question-shaped pages with direct answers, schema markup, and open access for AI crawlers. That's GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity "who's the best [what you do] near me," that structure is what gets your business cited in the answer, and here it's built in on day one, not sold as a monthly retainer.

How long until you're live?

A landing page is typically live in 1 to 2 weeks, a full website in 2 to 4 weeks, from first call to launch. The industry norm for a custom build is 6 to 12 weeks; a hand-coded site with a clear process moves faster than a committee wrangling a page builder. The copy is written with you along the way, so there's no waiting-on-content stall at the end.

Do you own your website if you cancel?

Yes. The build is a one-time purchase, so the site is yours from day one: domain, content, code, and data. The optional care plan is month to month, and cancelling it never touches ownership, you just take over hosting and updates yourself. That's a written commitment, not a courtesy, and it's the question most pay-monthly website providers hope you won't ask.
