How the five sessions work.
Session 1 Mapping.
Your story, your challenges, what's actually blocking you. We define a concrete goal for the program and build a plan for the next four sessions. You leave with clarity on what we're going after.
Sessions 2-5 The work.
Shaped around your goal, not a fixed curriculum. Depending on where you're headed, this looks like:
- Job search: rewriting your CV and LinkedIn profile to tell a product story, and just as important, how to search outside LinkedIn: direct outreach, communities, ways of applying that don't look like everyone else's. Portfolio prep, mock interviews with real feedback, salary conversation prep.
- A product to show: we can build a real demo product together using vibe-coding tools, integrations and all, making product decisions as we go. You leave with something to show, and the story of how you built it.
- Leveling up: building your promotion case with evidence, practicing the manager conversation, expanding your scope: prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder management on harder problems.
- The human side: how to run meetings with different stakeholders wisely, how to persuade, how to never surprise anyone, and how to explain your decisions so people actually get them. The psychology of people, not just users. It's the thing most PMs tell me they're stuck on.
- Craft gaps: hands-on work on the PM skills you're missing: user research and interviews, PRDs that developers actually read, metrics and KPIs, saying no without burning bridges.
Between sessions
This isn't an hour-a-week arrangement. You get direct WhatsApp and email access throughout the program: send me the CV before you submit it, the deck before the interview, the PRD before the review. I read it and respond.

Is this a course?
No. 1:1 only, built around you.
How do the sessions work?
Online (Zoom/Meet), worldwide, and in person is occasionally possible in the Tel Aviv area. Hebrew or English, your choice. We usually meet weekly or biweekly, at your pace, and the program doesn't expire if life happens.
Is a product management mentor worth it?
It is when the mentor has actually done the job and the format fits your real situation. A good mentor compresses years of trial and error into weeks: how to run the stakeholder conversation, position yourself for the next role, or unblock a stuck product decision. It is not worth it if you want a course; this is working sessions on your actual challenges.
How much does product management mentorship cost?
Marketplace mentors run $100-500 per month and independent PM coaches charge $200-500 per hour. This program is a flat ₪2,100 (about $700) for five 1:1 sessions with a senior PM, including WhatsApp and email access between sessions and async reviews of your CV, portfolio, or PRDs. Your company can pay: an invoice is available, and many companies cover mentorship from a learning budget.
Is this for working PMs or career switchers?
Both, because the program is built around your situation rather than a syllabus: working PMs come for promotion, stakeholder, and strategy challenges; switchers come for the move into product, positioning, and interview prep. What it is not is a generic bootcamp.
What if I need more than five sessions?
Follow-up sessions are ₪400 (about $130) each, no new package needed.
