Opening
VLN–012 / REV 01What an extended business site includes
Several audiences, several journeys, one site that holds them all.
₪18,000–28,000 before VAT, over a few weeks. Usually up to 10 pages, with several page types and user journeys: from the first visit to the enquiry, the sign-up or the payment. Here is everything that goes in, phase by phase.
Who it fits
VLN–012 / REV 02- You have several audiences, and each needs its own path through the site.
- You have different kinds of content: services, events, workshops, products or practices.
- People need to sign up, leave details or go on to pay through the site.
- You have outgrown your current site, and want to move without losing what was built.
Need a few simple pages? A focused business site will do. Need a client area, bookings, permissions or an admin dashboard? That is a portal or system, priced after scoping.
What the price includes
VLN–012 / REV 03The work moves through five phases, in this order. This is what each one holds.
Deep specification and strategy
- An audit of the current site: what works, what does not, and what Google already knows
- Deep-dive meetings: who the audiences are, what holds them back, and what they need to hear
- A value ladder: how someone gets from a first encounter with the business to the main offer
- A site map and user journeys for each audience
- Keyword research for every main page
Why it matters: On a site with several audiences, without a specification everyone gets lost. It sets the business goal, and every page leads to it.
Message and copy
- Core messages for every audience and every page
- Full copy for all pages, in Hebrew or English, in your voice
- One content template for pages that repeat, such as an event, a service or a workshop
- FAQs for every journey
Why it matters: When there is a lot to say, the hard part is saying the right thing to the right person. Here every journey is written for whoever walks it.
Visual language and UX design
- A visual language for the site: palette, type and illustration, from your existing brand or a refinement of it
- Every page type designed from scratch, not a template
- Gentle motion that responds to scrolling, where it serves the experience
- Mobile first, and Hebrew right to left done properly
Why it matters: An extended site is many pages, and all of them have to feel like one place. That is what a business you can trust looks like.
Development and connections
- Custom code written for this site, no site builder and no plugins
- Repeating page types, such as events, services or products, built from one template
- Forms that land in one place, so no enquiry gets lost
- Connections to the tools you already use: newsletter, calendar, payment links and WhatsApp
- Built to accessibility principles, with an accessibility statement and a privacy policy
Why it matters: Less manual work. Enquiries, sign-ups and the move to payment happen on their own, and you get back to the work itself.
SEO, implementation and launch
- SEO on every page: title, description, heading structure and keywords
- Structured data (Schema) that search engines and AI engines like ChatGPT read and cite
- Moving from the old site: a redirect from every old address, so links already sent keep working
- Share cards, a sitemap, Google Search Console and Bing
- Testing on phones and browsers, plus security and speed checks before launch
Why it matters: Google keeps what the old site built, and whoever searches for you or your field lands on the right page.
What you get at the end
VLN–012 / REV 04After launch
VLN–012 / REV 05The first month of fixes is included in the price. After that there are two things to decide: where the site lives, and how its content gets changed.

Price, payment and questions
VLN–012 / REV 08Questions
How much does an extended business site cost?+
An extended business site costs ₪18,000–28,000 before VAT, paid once. Usually up to 10 pages, with deep specification, message and copy, more page types and user journeys, custom UX and code, SEO, implementation and launch. You pay 50% when we go ahead and 50% when the site goes live.
Why is the range so wide?+
Because an extended site can be eight fairly simple pages, or ten pages with several audiences, events and a sign-up flow. The proposal follows what the specification turns up: how many page types there are, how deep the copy goes, and which tools need connecting.
What is the difference between an extended site and a portal?+
An extended site presents, explains and leads to an action: an enquiry, a sign-up or a payment. A portal is somewhere clients or a team log into: bookings, subscriptions, permissions and a dashboard. A portal is priced separately, after scoping.
How long does it take?+
A few weeks. The exact schedule is set together after the specification, and depends mostly on how quickly materials and approvals arrive.
What is the difference between a focused and an extended site?+
Scope, not quality. A focused site is usually 3–5 pages with a simple structure, its message and copy sharpened from your materials. An extended site is usually up to 10 pages, with deeper specification and more page types and user journeys. The page count is a guide, and the proposal follows what the business needs.
What happens after launch?+
The first month of fixes is included. After that there are two options: the site stays with me on a maintenance plan at ₪250 a month, covering hosting, security, backups and small updates. Or the site moves to your own accounts, and you pay for hosting and run it yourself.
How do we change content on the site?+
Two ways. Send me a request: small updates, such as a text, a photo, a date or a price, are included in maintenance, and bigger changes are priced separately. Or add an admin panel where you change texts, photos and repeating content such as events yourself. The admin panel is a paid add-on, priced by what needs managing.
